Shipping Policy

• Free shipping for any order over $30 + 3 Free Samples With Every Order.

• Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

• If you have any questions/concerns about your shipment. Please don't hesitate to email us. We are here to help! However, We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Shipment insurance is available on all.

• All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 Business Days.

Return & Exchange Policy

• We would love our customers to be satisfied with the orders. However, we understand if you would like to exchange or return a product that does not work out or is faulty due to the manufacturer.

• Please contact us via leilacosmetic.marketing@gmail.com within 7 days (starting from the completed delivery day) to be supported. Naturally, we cannot support and take exchange/return on used products or products purchased outside of our 7-day return window.

• In case of unfaulty products and email is sent within 7 days:

If you haven't opened the product and change your mind, we will support exchange or return, provided that we will not cover the shipping fee both ways.

If you have opened the product and are not satisfied with the color or formula, we will give you a refund that is corresponding to 40% of the restocking fee, and please cover the both-way shipping fee if you would like a return or exchange.
